Levels help you choose classes appropriate to your daily condition, challenge and capacity:
Level One: This class is taught at a modest pace while providing clear and concise instruction of basic elements of the practice. Great for beginners and continuing beginners.

Yoga Tune Up
Level Two: Advancing beginners and intermediate students. Level 2 is sometimes called mixed levels. This class will add more strength building and help refine fundamental concepts of breathing, Postural alignment and how to flow through and between poses with integration. Knowledge of the sun salutation series is preferred. Some classes may introduce the basics of inversions.
Tri Yoga Flow
Level Two / Three: Intermediate and Advanced. This class builds on a student's consistent practice. Expect to build more stamina, strength and flexibility. Core work, stance work, an arm balances will be introduced. You will continue to refine and broaden your practice.
